Botox® and neuromodulators
Botox and other neuromodulators relax the small muscles that fold the skin, so lines from frowning, squinting, and raising your brows soften while your expressions stay yours. Baby Botox for a lighter touch, MesoTox for skin quality, and dosing designed for women as well as men.
Lip filler
Fuller, more defined, or simply more hydrated: hyaluronic acid filler adds shape and definition to lips at any age, whether you want a little more than you were born with or want back what has thinned over time. We start conservatively and build, because the best lips are the ones nobody can tell were treated. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible, which matters.
Microneedling
Controlled micro-channels prompt your skin to build its own collagen. Over a series of three to four, texture smooths, pores tighten, acne scars soften, and skin regains its glow. Upgrades with PRP, exosomes, or a MesoTox glass-skin finish are available with a consultation.
Chemical peels
SkinMedica® peels lift dull, sun-damaged surface skin and reveal brighter, more even skin underneath. We match the strength to your skin and your calendar, from a light peel with little to no downtime, on its own or paired with microneedling, to deeper peels for uneven pigment and rough texture.
Laser hair removal
Our InMode Triton is the only hair-removal platform that combines all three major laser wavelengths, blended in a single pulse, so hair at different depths and stages of growth is treated together. That means it works safely across skin tones, including tanned skin, with a large spot size for faster sessions and fewer of them. Most areas take four to six sessions, spaced four to eight weeks apart, and the reduction is permanent.
Medical-grade skincare
What you use at home decides how long your results last. We carry physician-selected skincare, including Alastin® and an exosome regenerative cream for the days after a procedure, and we'll tell you honestly which two or three products matter for your skin rather than handing you a shelf. Where a prescription is the right tool, tretinoin or a pigment regimen for example, we can send it to your pharmacy or dispense it in the office. Patients can also reorder Alastin through our online store between visits, and in-office skincare purchases earn Aspire rewards points toward treatments.

How much does Botox cost in Salinas?
Botox and other neuromodulators are priced per unit, and the number of units depends on the areas treated and how strong your muscles are. We'll give you an exact quote at your consultation before anything is injected, and Allē rewards lower the cost of return visits.
Does Botox hurt?
Most people feel a few quick pinches. We use very fine needles and ice or a vibration tool when it helps. The appointment itself takes about 20 minutes.
How long do results last?
Neuromodulators last three to four months for most people. Lip filler typically lasts nine to twelve months. Microneedling and peel results build over a series and last with maintenance and good sun protection.
What is Baby Botox, and is it right for me?
Baby Botox uses smaller doses across the same areas for a softer effect and more movement. It suits people who want prevention, who are new to treatment, or who work in front of a camera and want to keep full expression.
Can I do microneedling and Botox on the same day?
We prefer not to. Neuromodulators need time to settle, and microneedling can spread product, so we schedule them on separate days, usually two weeks apart.
Am I a candidate for laser hair removal?
Most people are. Our multi-wavelength laser treats a wide range of skin tones, and hair with pigment responds best. Very light, grey, or red hair responds less. A quick consultation and test spot tells us how your skin will do.
