Finding the Carmel office

Our Carmel office is upstairs in Suite 216 at 26362 Carmel Rancho Lane, in the Carmel Rancho center. The building sits between two landmarks: the SPCA Benefit Shop faces the front courtyard on Carmel Rancho Lane, and Big Sur Canna Botanicals faces the rear parking lot.

  • From the rear parking lot (Big Sur Canna Botanicals side): take the walkway between the buildings. The glass door marked 26362 is about halfway down the corridor, on your left.
  • From the front courtyard: take the walkway between the two buildings, past the SPCA Benefit Shop. The 26362 entrance is on your right, about halfway down.
  • Inside: take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. Suite 216 is on that floor.

If you get turned around, call us at (831) 293-9225 and we'll walk you in.

New patients

Book online and you'll receive intake forms by text or email to complete before your visit, in English or Spanish. The booking page may open on either office, so choose Salinas or Carmel from the location menu at the top right before you pick a service. Bring a list of your medications and any recent labs. Aesthetic patients: arrive with a clean face. Peel and microneedling patients: please book a consultation before your first treatment, so we can check whether pre-treatment is advisable (for example, to lower the risk of pigment changes) and which medications or skincare to pause ahead of time.

Existing patients

The fastest way to reach us is through the patient portal linked in your appointment confirmation; messages there go straight to your care team, along with your forms, consents, and instructions.

Telehealth

Weight management, hormone care, and concierge visits are available by secure video to anyone in California, with evening appointments on select days. How telehealth works.
