New patients
Book online and you'll receive intake forms by text or email to complete before your visit, in English or Spanish. Bring a list of your medications and any recent labs. Aesthetic patients: arrive with a clean face. Microneedling patients: a brief consultation before your first treatment lets us plan your prep.
Existing patients
The fastest way to reach us is through the patient portal linked in your appointment confirmation; messages there go straight to your care team, along with your forms, consents, and instructions.
Telehealth
Weight management, hormone care, and concierge visits are available by secure video to anyone in California, with evening appointments on select days. How telehealth works.
