Wellness injections with a personalized approach

Quick, in-office injections that support a weight or wellness plan. Injected nutrients bypass the gut, so absorption is complete and predictable, which matters when intake is limited, digestion is slowed by GLP-1 medication, or levels have been low for a while. We match the injection to your goals, your history, and your labs, and fold it into the plan rather than bolting it on.

  • Vitamin B12

The nutrient your body relies on for energy metabolism, nerve function, and red blood cell production. Levels run low more often than people expect, with GLP-1 medication, metformin, acid reducers, plant-based eating, and simply getting older, and low B12 shows up as fatigue, brain fog, and low mood. A quick injection restores levels fully, without depending on absorption in the gut.

Most rewarding when levels are low or borderline; we check when it makes sense and dose to your needs.

  • MIC and lipotropic injections

Methionine, inositol, and choline are lipotropic nutrients: compounds the body uses to process and move fat, usually paired with B12. Within a supervised weight-loss plan, MIC injections are used to support fat metabolism, liver health, and energy during the calorie-restricted stretch when nutrition can fall short and momentum matters most. Typically given weekly or every other week during active weight loss.

A complement to your plan, alongside nutrition, activity, and medication when prescribed.

  • NAD+ injections

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell, central to turning food into energy and to the repair work cells do every day. Levels decline with age and stress. Patients choose NAD+ injections for energy, mental clarity, recovery after illness, travel, or hard training, and as part of a healthy-aging plan; an intramuscular injection replenishes it in minutes, without an infusion. Research into NAD+ and aging is active and growing, and we will share what the emerging evidence shows for your goals.

An emerging therapy; we review the evidence with you and tailor the schedule to your plan.

IV therapy, when you need it

IV fluids and medications for the problems that ruin a day: migraine, nausea and vomiting, dehydration after illness, travel, or a long night. Vitamin additions are available when appropriate. This is physician-led medical IV therapy, with the judgment to know when an IV is the answer and when something else is.

  • Migraine relief, nausea and vomiting, and rehydration
  • Vitamin options added to fluids when appropriate
  • Available to concierge patients and as a standalone visit, by appointment

Vitamin infusions, including a Myers' cocktail, are prepared individually for scheduled patients and concierge members. Because the ingredients are ordered for you, they need advance notice; ask when you book.

Some treatments may involve compounded medications, complementary approaches, or medically appropriate off-label uses of FDA-approved therapies. When applicable, we explain the regulatory status of the treatment, the strength and limitations of the available evidence, and its potential benefits, risks, and alternatives. Recommendations are individualized following an appropriate medical evaluation. No treatment or result is guaranteed.

Injection questions, answered plainly

How we decide, and what to expect.

How do you choose an injection for me?

We start with what you hope to improve. Your history, medications, diet, and relevant labs guide the choice: B12 when levels or intake are low, MIC during active weight loss, NAD+ for energy and recovery. Most patients pair an injection with the plan they are already on rather than starting one on its own.

How are injections used in a weight-loss plan?

B12 and MIC are typically given weekly or every other week during active weight loss, when calorie restriction and GLP-1 medication can leave nutrient intake short and energy low, and NAD+ is added for patients who want support with energy and recovery. They complement the plan; the plan, and your follow-up visits, do the heavy lifting, and we adjust as we go.

How do I get the most from my plan?

Keep follow-up visits, tell us how you respond, and continue the nutrition, sleep, activity, and medical care appropriate for you. We reassess whether the injection is contributing to your goals rather than automatically continuing a fixed series.

What side effects should I know about?

Injection-site discomfort, redness, or bruising can occur. Allergic reactions and other risks depend on the ingredients, medical history, and route. Your clinician will explain the product-specific information before treatment.

Can I use FSA or HSA funds?

A qualifying medical treatment may be eligible; a service purchased only for general wellness usually is not. Eligibility depends on the medical purpose and applicable rules. See the payment FAQ or ask your plan administrator about documentation.
